Had a customer come for a bake element.

Told them that we did not have in stock but would look up a price. Checked the pricing online. It was 40.00 told the client I would find a better price.

Found the element for 12.99. Phoned the client and told them we had them at 12.99 and they would be in the next day.

Customer said no we are getting delivery in a week or two at 70.00

Had to ask why would you wait and pay so much?

Customer said<, When I went to the store they put the part number in and the price came right up. At your store you kept putting numbers in.

Well I guess there is logic in there somewhere, but it escapes me as to where it is.
